Merkur Razor 41C

The MERKUR 41C razor takes on the 1904 design of the 42C  but is fitted with an open comb head. These open comb heads allow for extra speed as you're shaving by preventing clogging between the bar and head. The 41C is a more aggressive than a closed comb bar, so make sure you find a good blade to pair it with that works for your skin. I personally put open combs between a slant and a closed comb for aggressiveness. If you have a coarse beard, you will appreciate an open comb safety razor.
